User Agreement

This User Agreement (the “Agreement”) is between you and Shanghai Banling Feidu Artificial Intelligence Technology Co., Ltd. (registered legal name: 上海斑羚飞渡人工智能科技有限公司) for your use of Banling Dazi (the “Service”).

At registration, you must actively check the box confirming that you have read, understood, and accepted this Agreement. You cannot complete registration without this consent.

1. Purpose and eligibility

Banling Dazi explores AI-assisted learning, inquiry, and understanding. The Service is currently in private beta, with access by invitation, and is intended for adults aged 18 or over. If you are under 18, do not register or use the Service.

If you become aware that a minor has registered or used the Service, please report it through Complaints and Reports. After verification, we may restrict access, suspend or close the account, and delete related personal information as required by law.

2. Account registration and management

  1. Registration: Provide a valid email address, set a password, confirm that you are at least 18 years old, and actively accept this Agreement and the Privacy Policy. An invitation code is required during private testing. If public registration opens in the future, invitation codes will no longer be a continuing condition of access.
  2. Account security: Keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. Contact the administrator if you need help resetting your password.
  3. Accurate information: Provide accurate registration information and keep it up to date.

3. User responsibilities

You must comply with applicable laws and regulations of the People’s Republic of China. Do not use the Service for unlawful activities or to generate or distribute unlawful or harmful information. You are responsible for the content you submit and the consequences of your submissions.

4. AI-generated content

Responses are generated by AI and are for reference only. Content generation uses only the filed Tongyi Qianwen (Qwen) model API through Alibaba Cloud Model Studio (Bailian): API model ID qwen-plus, model filing number ZheJiang-TongYiQianWen-20230901. The Service does not deploy its own large language model. Review and verify generated content before using it.

Generated results display an AI-generated label and a notice identifying the model and stating that the content is AI-generated and for reference only. Content copied or exported through the Service automatically includes an AI-generated notice. Generation interfaces also record identifying information such as the generation attribute, service provider, model, and content ID.

You must not maliciously remove, alter, forge, or conceal legally required AI-generated content labels.

5. Content safety and reports

We use safety filtering, generation logs, and human review. To raise concerns about generated content or report unlawful or harmful information, visit Complaints and Reports or email jubao@gorgeleaping.com.

We acknowledge, investigate, and respond according to the process and response times published on that page.

6. Personal information

We collect and process personal information, including account information and generation logs, as described in the Privacy Policy. Please read it for the scope, purposes, and safeguards of this processing.

7. Changes and termination

We may update this Agreement and publish updates on this page. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated Agreement. If you breach this Agreement, we may suspend or terminate your access to the Service.
